Ritchie's writing takes on many forms. Songwriting is his primary mode of inspiriation. He has written or co-written songs that have been recorded by: Ken Mellons, Wes Holcomb, Tecia McKenna, The Cardboard Cowboy Cutouts, Stix Stonz and the Skeleton Bonz, Nikki Nelson- Welcher, The Bobby Lane Band, Ozark and he has recorded a few of his own songs as well.

Ritchie is also a published poet having been selected as a finalist in a nationally renowned Poetry Collection.

His exploits also extend into Screenwriting including two screenplays currently being edited and prepped for preproduction.

In addition to writing screenplays he has dabbled in writing a handful of novels. To date all of them are still incomplete but he has vowed to finish all of them... we'll see how far he gets but we don't hold out much hope. (the last comment was provided by the peanut gallery!)

Ritchie has had a recurring gig as a music reviewer and musical feature writer and may venture into this arena again. But as of now he is on hiatus as his work load is just too demanding to allow him time to do all he has on his plate.
